I love a good laugh,
I was seriously cracking up at this poor police officer trying to hand out a traffic violation, all while being so gentle with this persistent little kitty!
There's no sound.

that video is hilarious!!! i too am amazed at how gentle that officer is...i love kitties, but if i had one climbing up my leg, i'm not sure that my first response would be as kind as his!
